DJ Jessi D originally hails from Phoenix, Arizona, where she cut her teeth as a DJ at Arizona State's radio station. After visiting Chicago for Lollapalooza, she fell in love with the city's art, music, food, and culture scenes and made the move as soon as she possibly could. Over her last decade as an unofficial Chicagoan, she's DJd in restaurants, at corporate parties, dance parties, dive bars, her front porch during the pandemic, and even once in a vintage food truck. Since 2018, she's loved making hopes and dreams come true as a wedding DJ, and in her spare time loves going dancing, gardening, cooking, and of course, listening to music.
